SERIES HISTORY
• Babson is 7-5-3 all-time against Emerson in a series that dates back to 2013.
• The Beavers and Lions have split their last three matches with each side winning once to go along with a scoreless draw in Boston in 2024.
• Nine of the last 10 games between the teams have been decided by a single goal or finished in a draw going back to 2018.
• The Green and White is seeking its first win over Emerson at Rotch Field since 2016 after suffering a pair of one-goal losses in 2018 and playing to 0-0 draws on the road in both 2022 and 2024.
LAST MEETING
• Isla McNae scored the go-ahead goal in the 79th minute as Emerson defeated the Beavers, 2-1, on November 1, 2025, in Babson Park.
• Zoe Simmons tied the game in the 21st minute, Kelsea Laughrey and Kelsey Yoshikawa provided assists and Hailey Forman made six saves, including back-to-back stops in the 85th minute to preserve the victory for the Lions.
• Junior

Maisie Creamer and outshot the visitors 17-10 in the loss.
SCOUTING THE BEAVERS
• Babson (6-8-4, 3-3-4 NEWMAC) has dropped back-to-back games and is winless in its last four fixtures after suffering a 2-0 loss at Wellesley on Wednesday afternoon.
• Senior goalkeeper
Callahan Cottone made four saves and the Beavers finished with a 21-8 edge in shots but fell behind when the Blue converted a penalty kick in the 14th minute and conceded again in the 78th minute.
• Senior
Priscilla-Rose Men-Martin (7-2-16) is tied for eighth in the conference in goals, junior
Lillian McAughan (4-2-10) and sophomore
Izzy Lee (4-1-9) have combined to score five times in league play, and
Josie Lee (1-3-5) leads the team in assists.
• Cottone (6-6-3) has started all 18 matches and owns a 1.07 goals against average, a .785 save percentage and three shutouts while totaling 51 saves in 1173 minutes of action this fall.
SCOUTING THE LIONS
• Emerson (6-9-2, 4-6-0 NEWMAC) has dropped three straight games after falling 3-0 at No. 5 MIT on Wednesday afternoon.
• Forman made 12 saves and Rowan McCrary recorded the only shot of the game for the Lions, who fell behind 2-0 in the 23rd minute and were shut out for the third consecutive match.
• Finlee Mills (4-4-12) has scored a pair of game-winning markers, Abby Cockerill (4-1-9) is tied for the team lead in goals, Simmons (3-0-6) has scored once in conference play and McCrary (1-3-5) is second on the squad in assists.
• Forman is 5-6-2 in 13 starts with a 1.37 goals against average to go along with a .793 save percentage, and is tied for second in the league with six clean sheets.
DECISION DAY
• Babson enters the last day of the regular season as one of five teams separated by just one point in the league standings fighting to earn one of the final four spots in the NEWMAC Tournament.
• The Beavers, who can still finish as high as fifth in the standings, can clinch a spot in next week's conference tournament with a win or a draw against the Lions, while Emerson can clinch a tournament berth with a win or a Clark loss.
• The one scenario that would keep Babson out of the conference tournament is a loss to Emerson coupled with Clark and Springfield finishing in a draw, and Wheaton winning to finish in second place.
