• Babson (4-4-1, 1-0-1 NEWMAC) extended its unbeaten streak to four games with a 7-0 rout of Framingham State on Wednesday at Hartwell-Rogers Field.

• Men-Martin (4-1-9) has a pair of two-goal games and tops the team in scoring while Lee (3-1-7) has a four-game point streak and ranks second on the squad. McAughan (2-1-5) is heating up with all five of her points in the last three games while Cassady (0-2-2) and Feeney (0-2-2) share the team lead in assists.
• Cottone (4-3-1) owns a 0.91 goals against average and a .783 save percentage in nine starts, while sophomore
Maisie Creamer (0-1) has played 314 minutes over seven appearances, posting a 1.15 GAA and a .789 save percentage.
SCOUTING THE ENGINEERS
• WPI (5-4-1, 2-0-1 NEWMAC) had its five-game unbeaten streak snapped with a 3-0 setback to No. 8 Colby on Wednesday evening in Worcester.
• The Engineers allowed one goal in the first half and two in the final 14 minutes and were outshot by the Mules, 19-2. Sophomore Abigail Marsolais made four saves in the WPI goal a complete-game effort.
• Junior Abigail Johnson (5-3-13) and senior Katie Adiletta (5-0-10) are the goal leaders for the Engineers. First-year Sarah Frye (2-0-4) is also a multi-goal scorer while senior Maeve Steckley (2-5-9) leads the team and ranks third in the NEWMAC in assists.
• Verheul is 2-3 with a 1.80 goals against average, a .727 save percentage and one shutout in six starts between the pipes while Marsolais is 3-1-1 with a 1.60 GAA, a .680 save percentage and two clean sheets in four starts.
STREAKING BEAVERS
• Babson has outscored its opponents 13-1 in its four-game unbeaten streak with three clean sheets.
• The Green and White have at least 15 shots in all four games, outshooting their foes 95-24, including 44-11 in shots on target.
• Men-Martin has five goals and an assist, Lee has three scores and a helper, and Cassady has a pair of assists to lead the way in the streak.
LEE NAMED NEWMAC OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
• Thanks to goals in back-to-back games, Lee was selected as the conference's offensive player of the week on Monday.
• She scored in the 59th minute of last Tuesday's 2-0 win at UMass Boston before tying the game at the 11:16 mark of the first half last Friday at Coast Guard.
BABSON VS. THE NEWMAC
• The Beavers, which has a 3-0 win over Springfield and a 1-1 draw at Coast Guard in their two NEWMAC games this fall, went 7-3-1 and finished fourth in the league standings a year ago and set a single-season program record with eight conference wins in 2023.
• Going back to the start of the 2022 campaign, the Green and White are 28-9-8 versus league foes, which includes an 18-4-4 home record over the last three seasons.
• Babson was picked to finish third when the NEWMAC released its preseason coaches' poll back in August.
BEAVER BITES
• Babson's seven goals in Tuesday's win are the most it has scored in a game since beating Mount Holyoke 9-0 on October 16, 2021.
• The Green and White last scored three goals in the first half of a match in a 5-0 win over Mount Holyoke on October 12, 2024.
