SCOUTING THE BEAVERS
• No. 18 USILA Babson (11-4, 5-1 NEWMAC) has won five of its last six games and is coming off a 19-3 rout of Clark last Saturday.

Alex Fascilla ranks first in the league among qualified goalkeepers in both goals against average (8.71) and save percentage (.584) in 15 starts this spring.
SCOUTING THE BEARS
• Coast Guard (8-5, 3-3 NEWMAC) snapped a three-game losing streak with a 12-4 win at Emerson last Saturday.
• Eric Key scored four times, Ezekiel Crhsitian contributed two goals and one assist, and Mason Tucker won 14-of-14 face-offs and led all players with eight ground balls for the Bears, who built a 9-1 lead midway through the third quarter and were successful in killing off all five of the Lions' extra-man opportunities.
• Key (36-20-56) is third in the conference in points and fourth in goals, Christian (31-18-49) owns a 13-game scoring streak and ranks fifth in the NEWMAC in points, and Ryan Hunter (24-19-43) is seventh in the conference in assists and 10th in points.
• Tucker ranks 11th in Division III winning .688 percent of his face-offs (179-of-260) in addition to ranking 28th in ground balls per game (8.31), Oliver Bolton leads the defense with 37 ground balls and 18 caused turnovers, and Dustin Miller owns a 9.74 goals against average and a .513 save percentage in 10 starts on the year.
WHAT'S AT STAKE
• Babson is locked into the second seed in next week's NEWMAC Tournament and will host a semifinal contest against either MIT or Salve Regina, who are currently tied for third place at 4-2, next Thursday.
• Coast Guard will be the fifth seed in next week's tournament and will travel to either MIT or Salve Regina for a quarterfinal on Tuesday.
IN THE CLEAR
• Babson enters Saturday's regular season finale ranked second in Division III with a .912 clearing percentage.
• The Beavers have converted 127-of-135 clears (94.1 percent) in league play and have gone 94-of-97 for a .969 conversion rate over their last four contests against Clark, Salve Regina, Emerson and Wheaton.
MOVING UP THE CHARTS

Topher Bower ranks third in program history with 87 assists and is ninth all-time with 152 points.
• Smith is sixth on the Beavers' all-time list with 72 assists, while Reading is one of six players in Babson history to win more than 200 face-offs.

Sammy Kalishman's 167 ground balls rank 12th all-time, Maher is 14th with 150 ground balls, and Fascilla is tied for fourth place all-time with 22 wins and is currently eighth with 380 saves, all but three of which have come over the last two seasons.
SPREADING OUT THE SCORING
• Four players have contributed at least 10 points and 25 different players have scored a goal in the Beavers' first six NEWMAC games.
• Sisk and Rooney have each produced 17 points, Matthews leads the Green and White with 13 goals on 26 shots and Greene has contributed nine goals and three assists from 12 points.
• Babson, which has outscored its last four conference foes 64-24, has assisted on 48.2 percent of its goals in NEWMAC play.
BEAVER BITES
• Rooney enters Saturday's contest riding a 15-game points streak and has finished with at least one goal 13 times this spring.
• The Beavers rank first in NEWMAC play in ground balls per game (35.67) and are second in scoring offense (14.17), scoring defense (7.83) and face-off winning percentage (.572).
• The Green and White has outscored its first six conference foes 51-28 in the first half.
