WHAT TO KNOW
• After playing just one match over the first two weeks of April, Babson will play three times over three days beginning on Saturday morning.
• The Beavers host non-conference matches against Brandeis and Mary Washington on Saturday and Sunday before traveling to Coast Guard for a key NEWMAC contest.

• Babson is 5-20 versus the Judges going back to 1995 and picked up their first win in the series since 2003 last season.

• The Beavers have won 15 of the last 16 matches between the teams but suffered a 6-3 loss in their last visit to New London on April 15, 2022.
• The Green and White defeated Coast Guard twice last season, which includes a 5-1 victory in the NEWMAC Tournament semifinals on April 22.
SCOUTING THE BEAVERS
• No. 32 Babson (7-8, 3-1 NEWMAC) suffered a 6-3 loss at No. 29 MIT to snap its three-match winning streak on Wednesday.

Ole Lepsoe won 6-3, 6-2 at number two singles, senior
Jose Gonzalez was a 6-2, 6-2 winner at number five singles and Zhang posted a 6-3, 2-6, 6-3 victory at number six singles for the Beavers, who lost a pair of close matches in doubles.

Jonah Wilson (11-4) has not played since February 17, Gonzalez is 11-11 overall with two wins apiece at third and fifth singles, first-year
Kerem Ozlale is 10-7 overall and 6-3 in dual matches, and graduate student

SCOUTING THE JUDGES
• Brandeis (1-10) has dropped its last five matches and is coming off a 5-4 loss to Coast Guard on Wednesday.
• Dylan Walters and Pierce Garbett won a tiebreaker at number one doubles and posted victories at first and third singles, respectively, for the Judges, who dropped matches at third doubles and sixth singles by default.
• Walters, who is ranked fifth in the Northeast region, is 14-6 overall and 8-4 at number one singles, while Garbett is 9-7 in all matches and 4-0 at number three singles.
• Walters and Garbett have gone 3-4 at number one doubles and the duo of Harrison Huai and Huasen Dong are 1-3 at number two.
SCOUTING THE EAGLES
• No. 18 Mary Washington (11-4) has split its last four matches and is coming off a 9-0 victory over Pfeiffer last Saturday.
• Trevor Rein and Jack Riordan both collected points in singles and doubles for the Eagles, who won all six singles matches in straight sets.
• Rein is 15-7 overall with eight wins at third and fourth singles, Artis Hart is 13-8 in all matches and Brock Ladehoff is 12-10 overall and 7-3 at number two singles.
• The Atlantic region's third-ranked duo of Peter Leese and Rishi Charan Shankar are 12-2 at number one doubles, Ladehoff and Rein are 5-2 at number two and the duo of Hart and Riordan have gone 4-3 at number three this spring.
SCOUTING THE BEARS
• Coast Guard (6-2, 1-0 NEWMAC), which faces No. 29 MIT on Saturday, has won its last six matches after defeating Brandeis, 5-4, on Wednesday.
• Sean Dreher and Ben Bonetto won in a tiebreaker at number two doubles and Bonetto and Charles Norman added victories in singles for the Bears, who won by default at number three doubles and number six singles.
• Myles Decoste is ranked 15th in the Northeast region in singles and he and Norman are ranked ninth in doubles for Coast Guard, which is 0-2 on the year against nationally-ranked foes.
OLD FRIENDS ON THE OTHER SIDE
• Watson, who graduated from Mary Washington last May, will take on a number of his former teammates when the Beavers face the Eagles on Sunday.
• He went 11-7 at number two singles and 9-7 alongside Shankar at number two doubles to help Mary Washington reach the second round of the NCAA Tournament last season.
NOTABLE
• The Beavers have been victorious in four straight matches at both number two, number five and number six singles.
• Babson has earned points in three of its last four outings at both number one and three doubles.
• The Green and White is 6-1 this season against opponents outside the ITA Top 40 with the lone loss coming to Division I Bryant back in early February.
