SERIES HISTORY
• The Babson men have gone 5-17 against the Falcons dating back to 2001, with the last Beaver victory coming in 2013.
• The Beaver women enter Saturday's meet looking for their first victory over Bentley since 1999.
LAST SEASON'S MEN'S MEET
• Babson recorded seven first-place finishes but suffered a 168-126 loss to Bentley in a dual meet on January 21, 2024, at the Dana Center Pool in Waltham.
• Senior
Pat Anutarasoti and sophomore
David Krol both recorded a pair of victories for the Beavers. Anutarasoti touched the wall first in the 50-freestyle (21.57) and the 100-butterfly (51.24), while Krol took first in both the 1-meter (297.52) and 3-meter (305.33) diving events.
• Joshua Kim '24 finished first in the 200-IM (2:01.48), senior
Matthew D'Elia won the 200-butterfly (1:59.82) and sophomore
Anthony Taslakov posted a 1:59.75 to win the 200-backstroke by nearly two seconds. Taslakov added a runner-up finish in the 100-backstroke (55.24) and D'Elia took second in the 100 butterfly (53.34).
LAST SEASON'S WOMEN'S MEET
• Three different Babson swimmers recorded a first-place finish but the Beavers suffered a 168-126 loss to Bentley in a dual meet on January 21, 2024, at the Dana Center Pool in Waltham.

April Kupsky '24 won the 200-backstroke in a time of 2:47.43, while senior
Audrey Daniels and sophomore
Sylvie Racicot tied for first by touching the wall in 26.07 in the 50-yard freestyle. Kupsky also finished as the runner-up in the 200 butterfly in a time of 2:20.08.

Nicolette Newsome came in second in the 1000-free (11:56.56), senior
Emily Tran was runner-up in the 100-backstroke (1:03.77), and classmate
Elina Sung placed second in the 3-meter diving and third in the 1-meter. Additionally, Tran, Daniels, sophomore
Sophia Sznewajs and
Vera Belfonti '24 claimed second place in the 200-medley relay.
SCOUTING THE BABSON MEN
• The Beavers (1-0) took first place in all 13 events on the way to defeating Regis, 183-30, in the first meet of the season back on October 12 inside Morse Pool.
• First-years
Nathan Huynh and
Tommy Hannenian captured two individual events and Krol swept the diving events for the Beavers. Huynh took first in the 100-free (50.49) and the 100-breast (59.40) while Hannenian touched the wall first in the 200-free (1:49.78) and the 500-free (5:16.94). Anutarasoti won 50-free in 21.41 seconds and swam on both winning relay teams.

Cole Seeger and first-years
William Iglar,
Nehemiah Rhee and
Thomas Ambelang were also winners for the Green and White, which finished 1-2 in every race. Seeger took the 1000-free (10:51.46), Iglar won the 200-IM (2:02.14), Rhee captured the 100-butterfly (53.36), and Amberlang finished first in the 100 backstroke (55.35).
SCOUTING THE BABSON WOMEN
• The Beavers (1-0) took first place in all 11 events on the way to defeating Regis, 141-39, in the first meet of the season back on October 12 inside Morse Pool.
• First-years
Tuana Turhan and
Julia Netishen led the Beavers with two individual victories apiece in their collegiate debuts and both swam on a winning relay team. Turhan touched the wall first in the 200-IM (2:17.18) and the 100-butterfly (1:00.05) and Netishen finished first in the 50 free (24.48) and the 100 back (1:00.64).

Sophia Silver and junior
Vangella Randell were also individual event winners for the Beavers. Daniels captured the 100-breaststroke (1:12.25), Racicot won the 100 free (56.52), Newsome took the 1000 free (11:51.21), Silver finished first in the 200 free (2:10.26), and. Randell was the winner in the 500 free (5:52.84).
TOP PERFORMERS
• With her time of 24.48 in the 50 free, Netishen is now ranked third in program history as well as fourth in the 100 back with her time of 1:00.64.
• Turhan debuted at No. 5 in program history in the 100 fly with a 1:00.05, and eighth in the 200 IM with a 2:17.18.
POSITION IN THE POLLS
• The Babson men, who placed fourth at the 2024 NEWMAC Championships with their highest point total since 2002, were picked to finish fourth in this year's conference preseason coaches' poll.
• Babson's women, who have recorded five straight seventh-place finishes, were picked to finish seventh this year by the league's coaches.

• The Beaver teams will make their first road trip of the season on November 1 to Worcester for a dual meet at WPI.
