Kaylin Reen is in her second season as assistant women's basketball coach at Babson College in 2025-26. She helped the Beavers to a 16-10 record in her first season and a New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) Tournament first-roun home game.

Reen came to Babson after spending one season as an assistant women's basketball coach at Johnson & Wales University. She was responsible for scouting and film breakdown, helping plan practices and workouts, recruiting and monitoring academics for the Wildcats. Reen also served as the manager of intramural and club sports at Johnson & Wales and was responsible for scheduling, supervising and coordinating all intramural programming. She also oversaw scheduling for club sports and was charged with managing multiple social media accounts.

A four-year member of the women's basketball team at Roger Williams University, Reen graduated in 2022 with a bachelor of science degree in math and secondary education. She appeared 45 games over three seasons and served as team captain during her senior campaign as the Hawks won a school record 25 games and captured CCC regular season and tournament championships on the way to making the program's third NCAA Tournament appearance.

Reen, who is a native of Norwood, Mass., got her start in coaching as the girls' varsity head coach at Highlander High School in Warren, R.I., in 2022-23. In addition to her college and high school experience, Reen currently serves as the co-director of the BNL Elite Girls AAU program.
