Career Highlights

2015-16: As a senior, went 8-3 in singles and 8-3 in doubles…won all eight of his singles matches at number one and went 4-1 against conference foes…went 2-0 at number one doubles and 6-2 at number two….won all four of his doubles matches in the NEWMAC…won six consecutive singles matches from March 30-April 20, including a three-set triumph over the region’s seventh-ranked player from Colby on April 17…dropped his first two doubles matches in March before running off eight straight wins between April 13-May 7.

2014-15: As a junior, went 8-3 in singles and 11-3 in doubles…all eight of his singles victories came at number one, and he went 4-1 against NEWMAC opponents…10 of his 11 doubles triumphs came at number two…went 6-0 against conference foes at number two doubles, and won his final six matches to close the season…won his lone three-set match of the year, 4-6, 6-2, 1-0 (10-4), as the Green and White defeated Vassar on March 7…dropped two games or less in four of his final five victories at number one singles…collected two points in the Beavers’ 5-4 loss to MIT in the NEWMAC finals, defeating Kevin Wang of MIT, 6-3, 6-2, at one singles, and posting a 9-7 victory alongside Ramone Doyley at second doubles. 

2013-14: As a sophomore, went 13-5 in singles play, and finished 12-10 in doubles…posted an 11-4 mark at number one singles and a 10-9 record at number one doubles…nine of his 11 dual-match victories came in straight sets…won seven consecutive singles matches from March 19 to April 17…defeated Andrew Revzin, 7-6 (7-4), 6-0, of fourth-ranked Amherst on April 6…won the first set against Alex Johnston, the region’s sixth-ranked play, in the Beavers’ 5-0 loss to Middlebury in the second round of the NCAA Tournament on May 9…collected the first NCAA Tournament doubles win of his career along with Victor Vu against Colby-Sawyer on May 8.

2012-13: As a first-year, went 10-8 in singles, all at number one, and 10-7 in doubles…was second on the team in both singles and doubles wins…finished 8-5 at number two doubles…went 4-1 in NEWMAC singles matches and 5-1 in conference doubles matches…made his collegiate debut with a three-set loss to Robert Crampton of Bates on September 21…won three consecutive singles matches on two occasions…won seven of his singles matches in straight sets, and went 2-2 on the year in three-set matches…won six consecutive doubles matches from April 13 to April 28…earned the Beavers lone point with a 6-2, 6-2 win at number one singles in a 5-1 NCAA Tournament First Round loss to TCNJ on May 9.
