Career Highlights
2018: As a senior, made 21 appearances out of the bullpen…went 1-0 with five saves and a 2.70 ERA in 20.0 innings pitched…struck out 14 and did not allow an earned run over his final nine appearances…tossed a perfect ninth inning in a 4-0 season-opening win over Otterbein on March 2…picked up the win as the team rallied for a 6-5 victory over Baldwin Wallace on March 4…earned his first save of the season with a pair of strikeouts in a 7-5 win over Hope on March 17…closed out both victories and earned one save in a doubleheader sweep of Wheaton on April 7…picked up a save with a perfect ninth inning in a 6-3 triumph over Springfield on April 10…struck out the side in the ninth inning to close out a 15-4 victory over Emerson on April 21…earned the save in a 6-3 win over Wheaton in a NEWMAC Tournament winner’s bracket game on May 5…tossed a perfect ninth inning to earn the save in a 7-5 victory over Misericordia at the NCAA York Regional on May 20.
2017: As a junior, made a career-high 23 appearances out of the bullpen…went 0-1 with a single-season school record 10 saves and a 5.79 ERA in 23.1 innings pitched…ranked seventh in Division III in saves…struck out the side in a perfect inning of relief in a 5-0 win at Mass. Maritime on March 9…struck out two and earned his first save of the year with a perfect ninth inning in a 3-2 victory against St. Thomas (Minn.) on March 22…fanned two to tie the program’s all-time saves record in a 3-2 win over Emerson on April 22…despite allowing an unearned run, became the program’s all-time saves leader in the Beavers’ 5-2 victory over Emerson on April 24…set a new single-season saves record in a 6-4 win over Wheaton as part of a NEWMAC Tournament semifinal series sweep on April 29…earned the save with a scoreless ninth inning in a 5-4 NCAA Tournament elimination game victory over Salve Regina on May 20.
2016: As a sophomore, made 17 appearances out the bullpen and finished with five saves and a 5.82 ERA to go along with 25 strikeouts in 17.0 innings...earned his first save of the year by recording the final three outs in a 6-4 win over Rensselaer on March 16...came back two days later and earned the save in an 8-7 victory over Franklin & Marshall on March 18...tossed a perfect ninth inning and struck out two in a 6-1 triumph over Plymouth State on March 23...fanned two and tossed a perfect ninth inning to collect his third save in a 5-3 win over Springfield on March 26...also struck out two in the ninth to earn the save in a 4-2 victory over Coast Guard on March 29...recorded two strikeouts and was credited with the save in a 5-2 win over Clark on April 13...tossed a perfect ninth inning and fanned two in a 6-1 victory at Coast Guard on April 20..struck out four despite allowing two unearned runs closed the door in the Beavers' 11-8 win over MIT in game one of the NEWMAC Tournament semifinal series on April 30.
2015: As a first-year, made 12 appearances out of the bullpen…went 1-1 with a 4.82 ERA and 13 strikeouts in 18.2 innings…made his collegiate debut with two innings of relief in a 9-5 loss to Eastern Connecticut State on March 16…tossed two innings of scoreless relief, striking out two in an 11-10 loss to Coast Guard on March 24…earned his first career win with two innings of relief in a 7-6 win over Coast Guard on April 6…worked two perfect innings out of the bullpen, striking out two, in a 17-4 win over Emerson on April 18…tossed a season-high four innings in a 6-1 loss to Coast Guard in a NEWMAC Tournament quarterfinal on April 24.
