NASHUA, N.H.—The Babson College women's volleyball team finished with just seven attack errors on the day and senior
Tatum Stelter (Glendale, Ariz.) surpassed 1,000 career digs in a pair of three-set sweeps over Rivier University and Nichols College on Saturday inside the Muldoon Center.
The Beavers cruised past the host Raiders 25-16, 25-19, 25-12 and then routed the Bison, 25-12, 25-7, 25-11 run their winning streak to 14 matches while improving to 18-1 on the year.

Senior
Lauren Gips (Winter Park, Fla.) led all players with 16 kills in 24 swings, junior
Isabella Allen (Williamsville, N.Y.) added 13 kills and senior
Lauren Griffin (Los Altos Hills, Calif.) and sophomore
Hailey Fouche (Montclair, N.J.) finished with nine and eight kills, respectively, to lead the Beavers. Fouche also had a career-high six aces, sophomore
Zoe Ackerman (Aurora, Colo.) handed out 43 assists and junior
Sophia Shaw (Novato, Calif.) added a match-high 14 digs in the win.
Junior Ali Rivera (Lowell, Mass.) registered 10 kills without an error and sophomore Sam Driend (Sandown, N.H.) added six kills to lead the Raiders (10-9), who hit .317 in the loss. Senior Ryan Hicks (Danbury, Conn.) also chipped in with 22 assists and seven digs.
Allen, Fouche and Gips combined for 14 of Babson's 17 first-set kills and Ackerman added three service aces as the visitors used a 10-3 run to go in front for good in the middle of the frame. The Beavers recorded 20 kills in game two, 12 of which came from Gips and Allen, and led by as many as nine in the stanza.
The Green and White built a quick 6-2 lead in the third and got five kills from Gips, three more from Allen and five combined aces from Fouche and Stelter en route to closing out the match.

Fouche led all players with 10 kills, Ackerman dished out 30 assists and Stelter recorded a match-high 17 digs for Babson. Allen chipped in with seven kills, first-year
Angelina Holm (Denver, Colo.) finished with four kills and three blocks and junior
Lilly Steiner (Hingham, Mass.) added four kills and one block in the victory.
Senior Luna Colozzo (Winchester, Mass.) registered five of Nichols' 12 kills and graduate student Liz Diorio (Wolcott, Conn.) had six digs in the loss.
The Bison (4-13) led 7-6 in the opening set before the Beavers went on an 18-5 run to close out the stanza. Allen had five kills, Fouche added four and Holm recorded three blocks in the frame.
The Beavers opened game two by scoring nine straight points on the serve of Stelter and did not commit an attack error while recording 11 kills on 25 attempts in an easy victory. The Green and White got out to a 10-5 lead in the third and put the match away with a late eight-point run that included two kills and a block by Steiner and an ace from Shaw to complete the sweep.
Babson returns to action on Tuesday when it travels to WPI at 6 p.m.
MATCH NOTES
• The Beavers are 4-2 all-time against Rivier and 1-0 versus Nichols.
• Babson's .487 hitting percentage in the win over Rivier is its best since 2012 when it hit .538 in a three-set sweep of Mass. Maritime.
• Stelter, who also ranks fourth in program history in service aces, became just the 11th player Babson player to surpass 1,000 career digs and the first since Abby Beecher '19 back in 2018.
• The Beavers have now recorded a hitting percentage of .235 or better in six consecutive matches and are 111-4 going back to 2018 when hitting at least .200.
