Women's Soccer Returns Home to Face Endicott on Wednesday

SERIES HISTORY

•    Babson is 6-6-2 all-time against Endicott in a series that dates back to 2008. 
•    The Beavers have won two straight matches in the series on the heels of a stretch that saw them go 0-2-2 versus the Gulls from 2016-19.
•    The Green and White is 2-2-2 all-time against Endicott at home, which includes four matches decided in overtime.

LAST MEETING 
•    Izzy Lynch M'23 and junior Elisa Diletizia both scored first-half goals as Babson defeated Endicott, 2-0, on September 21, 2022, in Beverly, Mass. 
•    Junior Laura Lukowicz picked up a pair of assists and Morgan Fedosiewich '23 made four saves to earn the shutout for the Beavers. 
•    Jacqueline Ruggiero finished with six saves for the Gulls. 

SCOUTING THE BEAVERS
•    Babson (2-2-1) opened NEWMAC play with a dominating 3-0 victory over Wheaton on Sunday afternoon. 
•    Graduate student Morgan Krauss and seniors Olivia Maltbie and Cassie Lawson all scored for the Beavers, who built a two-goal lead in the 33rd minute. 
•    Krauss (2-1-5) leads the team in points, Maltbie (2-0-4) has two game-winning goals and the trio of Lawson, junior Jordyn Ferrantino and sophomore Meredith Greeley have all scored once on the year. 
•    First-year goalkeeper Callahan Cottone has started all five matches and owns a 1.11 goals against average and a .857 save percentage to go along with two clean sheets. 

SCOUTING THE GULLS
•    Endicott (5-1-0) has won two straight games after defeating Nichols, 3-0, on Saturday. 
•    Sophomore Ella Morgan scored in the 10th minute and juniors Elizabeth Healy and Riley Rischitelli scored less than seven minutes apart early in the second half for the Gulls, who have won five of their first six games for the second year in a row.
•    Sophomore Samantha Klimas (3-0-6), Morgan (2-0-4) and junior Morgan Hubert (2-0-4) have combined for four game-winning goals, while Healy has contributed a pair of markers. 
•    Rosalina Caliri has started all six matches and boasts a 0.37 goals against average and a .875 save percentage and has helped Endicott post five shutouts. 

THREE IS THE MAGIC NUMBER
•    Babson's three goals at Wheaton on Sunday marks the team's highest output since October 15 of last season when it beat Mount Holyoke 4-0. 
•    Going back to 2002, the Beavers have won 86 of 87 matches when scoring at least three times with the lone blemish coming in a 4-3 loss at Coast Guard during the 2018 campaign. 

HOME SWEET HOME
•    After playing four of its five matches away from home, the Green and White will play the first of three straight fixtures at Hartwell-Rogers beginning Wednesday. 
•    The Beavers are 15-5-3 at home going back to the start of the 2021 season, which includes a 7-2-1 mark against non-conference foes. 

STARTING ON THE FRONT FOOT
•    Babson has scored first in all five of its matches this season and has led or been tied going into halftime in 23 of its last 24 contests dating back to the start of last season.
•    The only time the Green and White has trailed after 45 minutes during this stretch came in last year's NEWMAC semifinals when it went into the break down 3-2 to Emerson.

NUMBERS TO KNOW
•    The Beavers are 2-0-1 this season when conceding one goal or fewer.
•    Babson is 1-0 this year and 22-1 since the start of 2021 when scoring at least two goals. 
•    The Green and White is unbeaten in its last 16 games (15-0-1) when leading at halftime, a run that extends back to September 2021.
