WHAT TO KNOW
• Babson will play three matches in less than 24 hours for the second consecutive weekend when it travels to the UMass Dartmouth Invitational.
• The Beavers face Roger Williams on Friday night and will take on both UMass Boston and the host Corsairs on Saturday afternoon.
SERIES HISTORY
vs. Roger Williams
• Babson is 10-9 all-time against Roger Williams in a series that dates back to 1998.
• The Beavers have won three straight and five of their last six matches against the Hawks, which includes a four-set triumph back in 2018.
vs. UMass Boston
• Babson is 23-7 all-time against the Beacons in a series that goes back to 1980.

SCOUTING THE HAWKS
• Roger Williams (3-2) is coming off a 3-0 win over Eastern Connecticut State on Tuesday night.
• Sophomore Jillian Smith led all players with 11 kills and junior Ava Mattiucci finished with 26 assists, seven digs and six service aces for the Hawks, who got a combined 33 digs from sophomore Kaylee Jackson and first-year Marianna Hernandez.
• Smith (2.76 k/s) boasts a .340 hitting percentage, Jackson is averaging 2.61 kills and 3.06 digs per set and first-year Peyton Felix (1.97 k/s) is second on the team with nine total blocks.
• Mattiucci is handing out 9.22 assists per set and Hernandez is averaging a team-high 5.00 digs per game.
SCOUTING THE BEACONS
• UMass Boston (4-3) extended its winning streak to three with a sweep of Saint Joseph's (Maine) on Tuesday night.
• Sophomore Lauren Westlund finished with 10 kills and eight digs, first-year Paige Coulson put away eight kills and senior Ally Dean led all players with 26 digs for the Beacons, who won the opening set 32-30.
• Westlund is averaging 2.40 kills per set, Coulson is contributing 2.26 kills per set and graduate student Taryn Broughal (2.14 k/s) is hitting a team-best .277 through seven matches.
• Sophomore Amelia Devlin is handing out 7.70 assists per set, while Dean leads the team with 4.68 digs per set.
SCOUTING THE CORSAIRS
• UMass Dartmouth (3-4) snapped a two-match skid by sweeping Regis in the second of two matches on Saturday afternoon.
• Senior Gabriella Monico registered 12 kills, sophomore Sabrina Bordone doled out 22 assists and classmate Emily Pogorelec finished with 16 digs and three aces for the Corsairs, who hit .234 as a team in the victory.
• Junior Kate Wade (2.61 k/s, 2.30 d/s) is hitting .208, senior Devon Laing is averaging 2.14 kills and 2.05 digs per set and senior Maggie Sullivan is contributing 1.89 kills per set while hitting a team-best .287 on the year.
• Bordone and first-year Skye Peters have combined to hand out 9.96 assists per set and Pogorelec leads the squad in both digs (136) and digs per set (4.86).
BALANCED BEAVERS
• Four players have recorded double-digit kills in match, which includes a season-high 15 by
Allison Molendyk against Framingham State in the season opener and Gray totaling a career-high 13 kills in last Friday's victory over Amherst.
• Three different setters have dished out at least 17 assists through the first six matches.

NUMBERS TO KNOW
