SCOUTING THE GREYHOUNDS
• Assumption (6-11) has dropped its last seven matches and fell to 1-7 in the NE-10 with a 3-0 loss at Saint Rose on Tuesday night.
• Carly Goodhue had nine kills, Sophia Kane added eight kills and Brandi Montoya registered a match-high 18 digs for the Greyhounds, who hit just .096 in the match.
• Alexis Distasio is averaging 2.58 kills and 3.20 digs per set, Goodhue is contributing 2.53 kills per set and Anna Dean (2.50 k/s) is hitting .247 on the year.
• Tatiana Calderin and Sophia Noel have combined to dish out 7.90 assists per set, while Montaya leads the team with 283 digs and is averaging 4.42 digs per set.
SENIOR CELEBRATION
• The Beavers will honor Gray and classmates

Ruby Reich on Friday night before the team's next-to-last home match of the season.
• After having the 2020 campaign canceled during the pandemic, the group has helped the Green and White to a record of 66-21 over the last three years.
• Additionally, the Beavers clinched a share of the 2021 NEWMAC regular season crown and advanced to the second round of the NCAA Tournament in both 2021 and 2022.
EYES ON THE POSTSEASON
• With its win on Tuesday at Smith, Babson secured home court and will host a NEWMAC Tournament quarterfinal match on Tuesday, November 7.
• The Beavers are assured of a top-three seed in the conference playoffs and have a chance to grab a share of its third regular season league title since 2019 with victories over No. 17 MIT and Springfield next week.
DIGGING IN
• Since returning to the lineup on October 10, Cabuena has totaled 144 digs and is averaging 5.76 digs per set in seven matches.
• She achieved a new season high with 28 digs in last Friday's four-set win over Tufts and has registered 21 or more digs four times during this stretch.
MOVING UP THE CHARTS
• Stelter's 54 service aces this season are tied for 16th in single-season program history and are the most since Abby Beecher '19 finished with 55 in 2018.
• She also ranks seventh on Babson's career list with 147 service aces.
NUMBERS TO KNOW
• The Beavers are 8-0 this season at home and have won nine consecutive matches inside Staake Gymnasium going back to last year.
• Babson is 13-0- this season and is 118-5 going back to 2016 when hitting .200 or better.
• The Green and White is 18-1 this fall when finishing with more aces than its opponents and is 12-1 when serving up 10 or more aces.
• The Beavers are 17-0 this year when their foes have a hitting percentage of .150 or lower.
