Elisabeth McQuaid is in her fourth season as the diving coach for the Babson men's and women's swimming and diving programs in 2025-26.

McQuaid has made an impact in her three seasons at Babson, coaching David Krol '27 to the men's one-meter (321.35) and three-meter (348.60) six-dive records during the regular season and helping him qualify for three consecutive NCAA Division III Diving Regionals. She mentored Krol to an 11th (1-M) and 14th (3-M) in 2024, a ninth (1-M) and eighth (3-M) in 2025, and an eighth (1-M) and ninth place (3-M) in 2026. He also earned All-New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) honors on three-meter in 2025 with a runner-up finish, and All-NEWMAC accolades on both boards with runner-up finishes in 2026.

A record-setting diver during her time as a Regis student-athlete, McQuaid set the school and pool one-meter dive records in her junior year and qualified for the NCAA Diving Regionals. Her junior year was capped by her selection as Regis Outstanding Female Junior Student-Athlete of the Year. She was a two-time GNAC champion in one-meter diving and a four-time All-New England honoree, finishing third, second, second, and fourth at the NEISDA Championships. McQuaid received numerous NEISDA Diver of the Week honors and earned GNAC Women's Swimming & Diving Athlete of the Week recognition Dec. 3, 2018. 

McQuaid received her bachelor's degree in elementary education from Regis College in the spring of 2020.
