Daryl Perry

After spending two seasons as an assistant field hockey coach at Babson College, Daryl Perry was hired as the athletics department administrator in September 2024. 

Perry returns to Babson after serving as an assistant field hockey coach for the Beavers from 2022-24. During her two seasons on the sidelines, the Green and White went 41-6 while capturing a pair of New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) regular season and tournament titles and making two NCAA Tournament appearances. 

The Green and White went 19-4 in 2022 and reached the NCAA Tournament quarterfinals for the second year in a row. Last fall, Perry helped the Beavers go 22-2 while setting a new single-season record for wins on the way to advancing to the Division III Final Four for the second time in program history.  

Additionally, Perry, head coach Julie Ryan and assistant coach Lindsey O'Coin were selected as both the NEWMAC and NFHCA Region I Coaching Staff of the Year in 2022 and 2023. 

Perry came to Babson following after serving as an assistant coach at nearby Stonehill College in 2021. She was responsible for on-field coaching and skill development, film breakdown and scouting, and recruiting while helping the Skyhawks finish the year at 13-5 after rising as high as No. 5 in the NFHCA Division II poll.

Prior to her time at Stonehill, Perry served as a graduate manager at Boston College during the 2020 campaign.

Perry earned her bachelor of arts degree in psychology from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tenn., in May 2020. She was a two-year captain and four-year starter for the Lynx, which won a pair of Southern Athletic Association (SAA) championships and made two NCAA Tournament appearances. The 2017 SAA Defensive Player of the Year, Perry was named to the all-conference team three times and earned NFHCA All-Great Lakes Region honors twice.

Perry earned her master of science degree from the sports administration program at Boston College in May 2022.
