Annika Streeter

Annika Streeter is in her third season as full-time assistant women's lacrosse coach in 2025-26.

Streeter has played a key role for the Beavers in her two seasons in Babson Park. She helped the team to a second straight New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) regular season and tournament championship in 2024 as well as NCAA Tournament appearances in both 2024 (regional semifinals) and 2025 (second round). After posting a program-record 17 wins and a 17-3 overall record in 2024, Streeter and fellow assistant Allie Collins joined head coach Michelle Smith as the NEWMAC and Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Associaiton (IWLCA) Berkshire Region Coaching Staff of the Year as well as back-to-back NEWMAC Coaching Staff of the Year recognition in 2024 and 2025.

A native of Natick, Mass., Streeter came to Babson after serving as a head coach with the Bay State Bullets Lacrosse program. She mentored a team of 20 players and was responsible for creating comprehensive practice and game plans while fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.

Along with her club experience, Streeter was a volunteer assistant coach for the Wayland High School varsity girls' lacrosse program in 2018.

A 2021 graduate of the University of Massachusetts with a degree in communications, Streeter was a two-year member of the lacrosse team. During her time with the program, the Minutewomen won 29 games and advanced to the Atlantic 10 Tournament championship game in both 2018 and 2019.Â
