Maggie Fox is in her third season as a full-time assistant coach for the Babson College men's and women's cross country and track & field teams in 2023-24.

Fox helped the Beavers send a women's athlete to the NCAA Track & Field Championships for the first time in 2022 and earned the program's first All-America, as Katherine Jacobs placed eighth in the 100 meter hurdles. Babson also sent a men's athlete to the 2022 NCAA Track & Field Championships as Colin Cianciolo '22 competed in the 400 meters and the NCAA Men's Cross Country Championships in 2022 and 2023 by Anthony Rodriguez '24.

Fox came to Babson after two seasons as an assistant track & field coach at Emmanuel College, where she helped the Saints' women's team claim the inaugural Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) indoor championship in February 2020. In addition to her collegiate experience, Fox has been the head varsity girls' cross country coach at Newton Country Day School since 2012. A two-time Eastern Independent League (EIL) Coach of the Year, she guided the program to back-to-back New England Prep School Track Association (NEPSTA) Division III championships in 2013 and 2014 and has coached 11 All-New England runners.

Fox, who has more than a decade of experience in the cross country and track & field community, has been on the USA Track & Field (USATF) New England board of directors since 2016 and currently serves as vice president. She is a staff coach at the Northeast Kingdom Running Camp in Lyndonville, Vt., head coach of the Needham Youth Track Club and formerly was the sprints and jumps coach at Newton South High School in addition to competing for the Greater Boston Track Club.

Fox earned her USATF Level 1 coaching certification in 2017 and her track & field technical coaching certification from the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) in 2020.

A 2010 graduate of the College of the Holy Cross, Fox earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Architectural Studies and was a member of the Crusaders' cross country and track & field squads. She owned and operated her own interior design firm, M Fox Design, from 2014-2020, and earned her Master of Science degree in sports administration at Boston College in 2021.
