Career Highlights

2025: As a senior, competed in distance events at six meets…came in second in the 10,000 meters with a time of 32:26.31 at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational on March 21…posted a career-best time of 14:53.27 to finish fourth in the 5000 meters at Bryant’s Black & Gold Invitational on March 29…crossed the finish line with a time of 15:04.83 in the 5000 meters at the Silfen Invitational on April 11…recorded a career-best time of 31:01.28 in the 10,000 meters at MIT’s Sean Collier Invitational on April 18…placed third in the 10,000 meters (32:28.50) and 13^th in the 5000 meters (15:44.63) at the NEWMAC Championships on April 25-26.

2024: As a junior, competed in distance events in seven meets…made his track season debut with a fifth-place finish in the 5000 meters (15:10.57) at the Ross & Sharon Irwin Meet on March 16…captured first place in the 10,000 meters (31:31.22) at the Tufts Snowflake Classic on March 30…came in fifth place in the 5000 meters (15:12.53) at the Connecticut College Silfen Invitational on April 13...posted a pair of top-four finishes at the NEWMAC Championships on April 26-27, crossing the line in third place in the 10,000 meters (31:41.82) and fourth place in the 5000 meters (15:14.93...ran a season-best 14:59.36 in the 5000 for a fourth place at the New England Division III Championships on May 4, and a season-best 31:11.75 in the 10,000 for a third-place at the NEICAAA Championships on May 10...registered a career-best 1500 meters time of 4:10.28 to place sixth at the MIT Final Qualifier on May 16.

2023: As a sophomore, competed in the distance events at seven meets…ran 15:36.77 in the 5000 meters to open the season at the Ross and Sharon Irwin Collegiate Meet on March 18…came in second in the 10,000 meters with a time of 32:12.93 at the Tufts SnowFlake Classic on April 1…posted a season-best time of 15:19.34 to finish ninth in the 5000 meters at the Connecticut College Silfen Invitational on April 15…came in fifth with a season-best time of 32:01.29 in the 10,000 meters and took sixth place in the 5000 meters (15:29.40) at the NEWMAC Championships on April 29-30…came in 13th in the 5000 meters with a time of 15:27.86 at the New England Division III Championships on May 6…placed 15th in the 10,000 meters with a time of 32:12.00 at the NEICAAA Championships on May 13. 

2022: As a first-year, took part in six meets…ran the 1500 meters, 5000 meters and 10,000 meters…came in third in the 5000 meters (15:57.93) and 12th in the 1500 meters (4:15.06) in his collegiate debut at the Bridgewater State Invitational on March 26…posted a season-best time of 32:45.11 to finish sixth in the 10,000 meters at the Tufts Snowflake Classic on April 2…ran a season-best time of 4:12.04 in the 1500 meters to place 10th at the Coast Guard Invitational on April 9…posted his top time of the spring to finish third in the 5000 meters (15:39.11) at MIT’s Sean Collier Invitational on April 23…placed eighth in the 10,000 meters with a time of 33:27.08 at the NEWMAC Championships on April 30…ran 33:16.62 to come in 11th in the 10,000 meters at the Division III New England Championships on May 7.
