2025: As a graduate student, competed in distance events at seven meets…recorded a career-best time of 2:02.67 to finish sixth in the 800 meters at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational on March 21…posted a season-best time of 29:43.74 in the 10,000 meters at the Raleigh Relays on March 27…came in 12^th with a season-best time of 14:27.16 at the Bison Outdoor Classic on April 14…placed ninth in the 5000 meters with a time of 14:53.33 at MIT’s Sean Collier Invitational on April 18…came in first in the 10,000 meters (32:25.04) and finished fourth in the 5000 meters (15:09.08) at the NEWMAC Championships on April 25-26…finished 21^st in the 10,000 meters (31:40.27) at the NCAA Division III Championships on May 22.

2024: As a senior, competed on the track at seven meets…made his season debut with a third-place finish in the 5000 meters (14:56.31) at the Ross and Sharon Irwin Collegiate Meet on March 16...finished runner-up in the 5000 (14:58.86) at the Coast Guard Invitational on April 6…came in 16th place in the 5000 with a then-school record 14:31.92 a the Bucknell Bison Outdoor Classic on April 13...set another school record with a 29:43.61 to win the 10,000 meters at the MIT Sean Collier Invitational Distance Night on April 19...captured his second straight 10,000 meter championship (31:29.25) and finished runner-up in the 5000 meters (14:44.56) in the NEWMAC Championships on April 26-27...ran a school-record 14:18.05 in the 5000 meters to place sixth in the Farley Inter Regional Extravaganza at Williams on May 10...earned All-America Second Team recognition with a 12th place finish in the 10,000 meters in a time of 31:24.63 at the NCAA Division III Championships on May 23... finished the season with nine of the top 10 times in the 5000 meters and eight of the top 10 times in the 10,000 meters in program history.

2023: As a junior, competed in distance events at seven meets…broke the school record in the 5000 meters with a time of 14:40.02 at the Ross and Sharon Irwin Collegiate Meet on March 18…came in second with a time of 4:05.26 in the 1500 meters at the Bridgewater State Invitational on March 25…placed second in the 5000 meters with a time of 14:43.03 at the Tufts SnowFlake Classic on April 1…came in fourth with a time of 30:27.92 in the 10,000 meters at the Connecticut College Invitational on April 14…broke his own school record with a time of 30:12.90 in the 10,000 meters to record a third-place result at MIT’s Sean Collier Invitational Distance Night on April 21…finished first to claim conference titles in both the 5000 meters (14:41.39) and 10,000 meters (31:40.51) at the NEWMAC Championships on April 29-30. 

2022: As a sophomore, took part in eight meets…competed primarily in the 5000 and 10,000 meters…posted a season-best time of 14:55.20 to set a new school record in the 5000 meters at the Ross and Sharon Irwin Collegiate Meet on March 19…recorded his top time of the year (4:08.84) in the 1500 meters at the Bridgewater State Invitational on March 26…posted a season-best time of 9:56.34 in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the Tufts Snowflake Classic on April 2…bettered his own school record with a time of 31:04.87 to finish 10th in the 10,000 meters at the Silfen Invitational on April 15…came in third with a time of 31:46.07 in the 10,000 meters and eighth in the 5000 meters with a time of 15:30.91 at the NEWMAC Championships on April 30…finished eighth with a time of 15:01.62 in the 5000 meters at the Division III New England Championships on May 7…came in 10th in the 10,000 meters with a time of 31:41.75 at the NEICAAA Championships on May 13.

2021: As a first-year, competed in five meets…ran the 1500 meters, 5000 meters and 10,000 meters…set a then-school-record with a time of 31:54.38 in the 10,000 meters in his collegiate debut against Wheaton on April 3…recorded a season-best time of 15:15.24 to win the 5000 meters at UMass Dartmouth on April 10…placed third in the 1500 meters with a time of 4:15.61 against Brandeis and Plymouth State on April 17…won the 10,000 meters with a time of 32:15.89 and placed second in the 5000 meters with a time of 15:43.27 at the NEWMAC Championships on May 2…broke his own school record and placed fifth with a time of 31:35.90 in the 10,000 meters at the NEICAAA Championships on May 14.
