Career Highlights

2020-21: As a senior, competed in all three virtual meets…took part in the freestyle, backstroke, butterfly and IM events…recorded four top-five finishes in seven races…finished third in the 50 backstroke with a time of 25.05 and came in 12th in the 50 butterfly posting a time of 24.85 at the first meet on March 12-13…placed fourth in the 100 back (55.95) and fifth in the 50 free (23.32) at Virtual Meet No. 2 on March 26-27…earned a fifth-place finish with at ime of 2:04.69 in the 200 back, recorded a season-best time of 22.84 to finish seventh int eh 50 free and came in ninth with at time of 4:47.61 in the 400 IM at the final meet during the week of April 6-10.

2019-20: As a junior, appeared in all 12 meets…competed mainly in the backstroke and freestyle…recorded five victories, four second-place finishes and three third-place results…opened the season with a victory in the 100 backstroke against UMass Dartmouth on October 25…finished first in the 50 backstroke at WPI versus the Engineers and Brandeis on November 1…placed third in the 50 free against Norwich and Regis on November 9…followed it up by winning the 100 back and placing third in the 200 back against Springfield on November 10…placed second in the 200 back versus Clark on November 16…placed fifth in the 50 back A final with a season-best time of 24.50, came in third in the C final of the 100 back and recorded his top time of the winter (51.20) in the 100 free at the Gompei Invitational from December 6-8…won the 50 back and was second in the 100 back at Wheaton on January 11…was first in the 50 back against Roger Williams on January 25…came in second in both the 50 free and 50 back against Bridgewater State on February 1…finished fourth in the B final of the 100 back, was eighth in the B final of the 200 back with a career-best time of 2:00.77, and also posted his top career time (22.17) in the 50 free at the NEWMAC Championships from February 20-23…in addition to his individual success, he was part of a new school record in the 400 medley relay at the conference meet.

2018-19: As a sophomore, appeared in all 13 meets…competed in the backstroke and freestyle events…recorded four wins, came in second six times and posted one third-place finish…finished first in the 100 back and second in the 200 back in a win over UMass Dartmouth on October27…touched the wall first in the 50 back in a sweep of Regis and Norwich on November 10…placed second in the 100 back in a victory against Springfield on November 11…was second in the 50 free against Clark on November 17…finished 10th in the 50 back at WPI’s Gompei Invitational on December 1…came in second in the 100 back in a loss to Bentley on January 15…was first in the 100 back in a victory over Gordon on January 19…recorded a runner-up finish in the 50 back against Roger Williams on January 26…was first in the 50 back and second in the 100 back against Bridgewater State on February 2…recorded season-best times in the 50 free (22.27), 50 back (24.23), 200 back (2:02.95) and 100 back (53.68) at the NEWMAC Championships on February 22-24.

2017-18: As a first-year, competed in all 13 meets…took part mainly in the freestyle and backstroke…posted two wins, seven runner-up finishes and five third-place results…came in second in the 100 back and third in the 100 fly in his collegiate debut at UMass Dartmouth on October 28…won the 50 back against Norwich and Regis on November 11…came in second in the 50 free against Clark on November 18…came in second with a season-best time of 24.83 in the 50 back and also posted his top time of the year in the 100 fly (55.93) at WPI’s Gompei Invitational on December 1-2…finished second in the 100 back and third in the 100 fly against Springfield on January 7…placed second in the 100 back at Wheaton on January 13…won the 50 back and came in third in the 100 free against Gordon on January 20…finished second in the 50 back at Roger Williams on January 27 and at Bridgewater State on February 3...placed eighth in the B final and recorded his top time of the year (54.37) in the 100 back at the NEWMAC Championships on February 24…also recorded season-best times in the 50 free (22.52) and 100 free (50.05) at the conference meet.
