Career Highlights

2023-24: As a senior, took part in all 10 meets…competed primarily in the freestyle, breaststroke and individual medley…recorded 14 top-three finishes, which includes one first- and four second-place results…opened the season by winning the 50 breaststroke, coming in second in the 200 IM and third in the 200 free in a victory over Regis on October 14…recorded a season-best time of 1:52.64 on the way to placing third in the 200 free and also took third in the 200 breast and 200 IM against Roger Williams on October 21…finished third in the 100 breast in a multi-team meet at WPI on November 3…was the runner-up in the 400 IM against Clark on November 4…placed fourth in the A final of the 100 breaststroke, fifth in the A final of the 100 butterfly with a season-best time of 51.13 and sixth in the A final of the 100 IM with a season-best time of 53.35 at the Gompei Invitational on December 1-3…posted a season-best time of 5:22.88 in the 500 free on January 13 against Wheaton and Connecticut College…finished second in the 100 breaststroke and third in the 100 free at Bentley on January 21…came in second in the 100 back in a win over Bridgewater State on January 27…finished third in the 200 breast at Springfield in the regular season finale on February 10…set a new school record and placed third in the 200 breast (2:02.59), finished third with a season-best time of 56.02 in the 100 breast and was ninth in the A final of the 200 IM with a new personal best (1:53.76) in addition to recording his top times of the year in the 50 free (21.02), 100 free (45.96) and 50 breast (26.77) at the NEWMAC Championships on February 22-25. 

2022-23: As a junior, took part in all 11 meets…competed in the breaststroke, freestyle and individual medley events…recorded six victories and 14 top-three finishes on the year…finished second in the 100 breaststroke in a four-team meet at WPI to open the season on November 4…won the 100 breast in a victory over Clark on November 5…came in third in the 100 free against Norwich and Regis on November 12…won the 100 breast and was the runner-up in the 200 breast at Trinity on November 19…finished sixth in the A final of the 200 breast, second in the B final of the 200, second in the B final of the 100 free with a career-best time of 47.34, first in the C final of 200 free with a career-best time of 1:45.99 and also posted a season-best time in the 50 free (22.90) at the Gompei Invitational on December 2-4…touched the wall with a career-best time of 4:31.74 in the 400 IM at Wheaton on January 14…placed third in both the 100 free and 100 breast against Bentley on January 17…won the 100 breast and 200 breast against Roger Williams and Eastern Connecticut State on January 21…followed it up with first-place finishes in the 100 breast and 100 butterfly versus Bridgewater State on January 28…set school records on the way to finishing fourth in the A final of the 100 breast (55.99) and 200 breast (2:06.37), was part of two relay records (200/400 medley) and recorded a career-best time of 26.57 in the 50 breast at the NEWMAC Championships on February 16-19. 

2021-22: As a sophomore, took part in nine of 10 meets…competed mainly in the freestlyle, breaststroke and butterfly events…recorded five event victories and three second-place finishes…made his collegiate debut in the opening dual meet of the year against Coast Guard on October 30…recorded a season-best time of 1:48.69 in the 200 free at WPI on November 5…won the 100 backstroke with a season-best time of 57.91 and also ifnished first in the 50 free against Clark on November 6…came in second in the 200 free at Springfield on November 14…touched the wall first in the 100 breaststroke and finished second in the 100 free agianst Trinity on November 20…recorded season-best times in the 50 free (22.31) and 50 butterfly (24.97) in addition to placing second in the B final of the 100 breast, fifth in the B final of the 100 free with a sesaon-best time of 47.89, eighth in the B final of the 200 IM and fifth in the C final of the 100 fly after swimming his top time of the year (53.17) in the prelims of the 100 butterfly at the Gompei Invitational on December 3-5…came in first in the 100 free in a dual-meet win over Bridgewater State on January 28…also won the 200 free and came in second in the 200 breaststroke at Wheaton on February 5…came in eighth in the A final of the 200 breast and set a school record (2:05.80) in the prelims, won the B final of the 100 breast with a school-record time of 56.68, placed third in the B final of the 200 IM with a season-best time of 1:54.29 and also recorded his top time of the year in the 50 breast (26.74) at the NEWMAC Championships on February 17-20.

2020-21: As a first-year, competed in all three virtual meets…took part in the freestyle, breaststroke, butterfly and IM events…recorded four runner-up finishes and seven top-five results in eight total races…finished second in the 50 butterfly with a time of 23.94 in the opening meet on March 13…placed second in the 100 breaststroke (59.82) and 500 free (5:00.85) and third in the 200 IM (2:00.23) at Virtual Meet No. 2 on March 26-27…was the runner-up in the 200 breaststroke (2:11.63) and fourth in both the 50 free (22.11) and 400 IM (4:21.08) in the final meet during the week of April 6-10.
