2024: As a graduate student, competed in four of the six races … made his season debut with a 208th-place finish in a time of 27:03 at the Division III Pre-Nationals in Terre Haute, Ind., on October 4…finished 163rd in a season-best 26:54 at the Connecticut College Invitational on October 19…finished fourth on the team and 40th overall with a time of 26:58 at the NEWMAC Championships on November 2…crossed the line in 27:28 to finish 92nd at the NCAA East Regionals on November 16.

2022: As a graduate student, competed in all six races...opened the season with an eighth place finish and a time of 16:47 in the 5k race at Wheaton on September 2…ran the UMass Dartmouth Invitational on September 17, finishing with a season-best time of 26:07…crossed the finish line with a time of 26:56 at the Bowdoin Invitational on September 24...took third in the White Race at the Connecticut College Invitational on October 15 with a time of 26:16...placed 20th with a time of 26:24 at the NEWMAC Championships on October 30...ran a 26:21 at the NCAA East Regionals on November 12 to earn All-Region honors.

2021: As a junior, competed in all six meets...posted an average 8k time of 26:50, second-best on the team, and earned two top-10 finishes...made his Babson debut with a fourth-place finish at the Wheaton Invitational 5k race with a time of 16:55 on September 3...finished 27th with a season-best time of 25:17 at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational on September 18...registered a 10th place among 143 competitors at the Keene State Invitational with a time of 26:30 on October 2...finished 44th with a time of 27:36 at the Suffolk Invitational on October 16...crossed the finish line in 30th place with a time of 27:03 at the NEWMAC Championships on October 30...posted a time of 26:21 at the NCAA East Regionals on November 13, placing 27th and earning All-Region honors.

2020: As a sophomore, season canceled due to COVID-19.

2019: As a first-year at St. Joseph's (L.I.), competed in nine races...earned Skyline Conference Rookie of the Year and all-league first-team honors...also collected All-ECAC accolades...made his collegiate debut in the St. Joseph's Friends and Alumni Invitational on August 30...placed 13th with a time of 27:37 at the Adelphi Invitational on September 6...finished seventh with a time of 27:22 at the Golden Eagle Invitational on October 12...placed sixth with a time of 29:08 at the Skyline Conference meet on October 31...came in third with a time of 27:56 at the ECAC Division III Championship on November 9...crossed the finish line in a season-best time of 27:14 to finish 113th at the NCAA Atlantic Regional Championship on November 16.
