2024: As a senior, competed in all six races… made his season debut with a 34th place in a time of 25:48 at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational on September 21…placed 74th and registered a time of 25:51 in the Division III Pre-Nationals in Terre Haute, Ind., on October 4…finished 57th in a time of 25:20 at the Connecticut College Invitational on October 19…earned All-NEWMAC honors after crossing the line in fifth place in a time of 25:06 at the NEWMAC Championships on November 2…Earned All-Region honors with a 13th place finish and a time of 25:15 at the NCAA East Regionals on November 16…Competing in his first NCAA Division III championship meet, finished in 138th place in a time of 25:30 on November 23 in Terre Haute, Ind.

2023: As a junior, competed in all six meets...completed a 5k race in 16:35 to finish 4th at Wheaton on September 2…placed 19th place with a time of 17:07 at the Smith Invitational on September 9...ran his first 8k race of the season at the Dickinson (Pa.) Invitational on September 23, finishing with a time of 26:35…posted a time of 25:50 at the Connecticut College Invitational on October 14...placed 16th with a time of 26:19 at the NEWMAC Championships on October 28...ran a career-best 25:35 at the NCAA East Regionals on November 11.

2022: As a sophomore, competed in all six meets...opened the season in a 5k race at Wheaton on September 2…ran a season-best at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational on September 17, finishing with a time of 26:29…crossed the finish line in 20th place with a time of 26:51 at the Bowdoin Invitational on September 24...matched his season-best time of 26:29 at the Connecticut College Invitational on October 15...placed 24th with a time of 26:49 at the NEWMAC Championships on October 30...ran a 27:41 at the NCAA East Regionals on November 12.

2021: As a first-year, competed in all six races…posted an 8k average time of 27:21…made his collegiate debut in a 5k race at Wheaton on September 3…finished with a season-best time of 26:12 at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational on September 18…crossed the finish line with a time of 27:18 at the Keene Sate Invitational on October 2...posted a time of 28:18 at the Suffolk Invitational on October 16...placed 31st with a time of 27:07 at the NEWMAC Championships on October 30...ran a 28:02 at the NCAA East Regionals on November 13.
