Career Highlights

2024: As a graduate student, competed in all six races… made his season debut with a 12th place in a time of 25:19 at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational on September 21…captured sixth place and crossed the line in a time of 24:35 in the Division III Pre-Nationals in Terre Haute, Ind., on October 4…finished runner-up in a program-record time of 24:11 at the Connecticut College Invitational on October 19, and again in a time of 24:42 at the NEWMAC Championships on November 2…Earned All-Region honors with a 10th place finish and a time of 25:03 at the NCAA East Regionals on November 16…Competing in his third NCAA Division III championship meet, brought home All-American recognition with a 38th place finish in a time of 24:41 on November 23 in Terre Haute, Ind.

2023: As a senior, competed in five of six meets...made his season debut with a third-place finish in a time of 16:14 at the Smith College Invitational (5k) on September 9...captured the individual title in his first 8k race of the season at the Dickinson (Pa.) Invitational on September 23, finishing with a time of 25:18…took third place in a program-record time of 24:22 at the Connecticut College Invitational on October 14...placed third at the NEWMAC Championships with a time of 25:00 on October 28...placed 15th at the NCAA East Regionals on November 12, finishing in time of 25:09.

2022: As a junior, competed in seven races...finished runner-up in a 5k race at Wheaton on September 2…placed 14th among 282 runners at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational on September 17, finishing with a time of 25:14…finished runner-up again among 123 competitors with a time of 25:15 at the Bowdoin Invitational on September 24...posted a season-best time of 24:58 to finish 24th at the Connecticut College Invitational on October 15...crossed the finish line in seventh place with a time of 25:12 at the NEWMAC Championships on October 30...posted a time of 26:25 and placed 16th at the NCAA East Regionals on November 12, earning All-Region honors and qualifying for his second straight NCAA Division III Championships ... ran a time of 26:25 to place 164th at the NCAA Championship meet on November 19.

2021: As a sophomore, competed in seven meets...captured first place in two meets and posted four top-10 finishes...made his career debut at the Wheaton Invitational 5k race, finishing first among 37 runners with a time of 16:07 on September 3...finished sixth with a program-record time of 24:29 at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational on September 18...captured first place among 143 competitors at the Keene State Invitational with a time of 25:21 on October 2...finished 21st with a time of 26:36 at the Suffolk Invitational on October 16...crossed the finish line in ninth place with a time of 25:37 at the NEWMAC Championships on October 30...posted a time of 26:17 and placed 16th at the NCAA East Regionals on November 13, earning All-Region honors and becoming the first runner in program history to qualify for the NCAA Division III Championships... ran a time of 25:10, the fourth-fastest time in program history, to place 165th at the NCAA Championship meet on November 20.

2020: As a first-year, season canceled due to COVID-19.
