Student-Athlete Clearance Process
Compliance Paperwork
All student-athletes must complete assigned NCAA and Babson College forms prior to the start of their first team activity. These forms are assigned to rosterd student-athletes via ARMS and located in the 'Forms Requiring Immediate Attention' section once logged in.
Student-Athlete Medical Paperwork
All student-athletes must complete medical paperwork prior to the start of their first team activity. This will include a pre-participation physical and sickle-cell testing for all first-years, transfers new to the program and juniors. Yearly, all student-athletes must complete a Medical History, submit a current medical insurance card and complete a consent form which includes the understanding of liability of risk and consent to treat.
