Baseball Set to Host Prospect Clinic on August 31

BABSON PARK, Mass.—The Babson College baseball program will host its annual Prospect Clinic on Saturday, August 31 at Govoni Field. The clinic will run from 9 a.m.-1:45 p.m. and is open to high school players in the 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 graduating classes.

The Beavers are coming off a historic 2019 campaign that included a school-record 39 victories and the program's first appearance at the Division III College World Series. Under the guidance of head coach Matt Noone, Babson won a share of its third consecutive NEWMAC regular season title, won the NCAA Hartford (Conn.) Regional and then swept national power Cortland in the super regionals to advance to the CWS.

One of the top program's in the country over the last three years, the Beavers advanced to the NCAA regional final in both 2017 and 2018, and have gone 103-37 during this stretch. Babson also has been a NEWMAC Tournament finalist in four consecutive seasons and captured back-to-back conference crowns in 2017 and 2018.
