Mark Kuryak '85

Accomplishments: One of the top goaltenders in program history, Kuryak helped the Beavers reach the NCAA Tournament four times, including back-to-back Frozen Four appearances in 1990 and 1991. A two-time Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) all-league and New England Hockey Writers All-New England selection, he led the Green and White to its second league tournament championship in 1992. Kuryak garnered American Hockey Coaches Association (AHCA) All-America first-team honors in 1992 and second-team accolades in 1993 while finishing his career with a 2.82 goals against average and a .910 save percentage. He ranks in the top five all-time in victories (44), winning percentage (.712), and saves (1,781) for Babson, which posted an overall mark of 76-25-12 during his four-year career.
