Title: Pitching Coach

Amber White joined the Babson College softball program as a pitching coach prior to the 2015-16 season.  White joins the Beavers after spending last season as an assistant coach at Brandeis University. 

A 2014 graduate of Bridgewater State University, White was a three-time MASCAC Pitcher of the Year and garnered NFCA All-America first-team honors after going 25-5 with 158 strikeouts and 0.73 earned run average in 202.2 innings pitched. She led the Bears to back-to-back conference titles and NCAA Tournament appearances in 2013 and 2014, when Bridgewater State finished 32-14 and advanced to the Division III Super Regionals. 


White, who transferred from Plymouth State University following the 2011 season, went 56-18 with a 0.98 ERA, 427 strikeouts and 29 shutouts in three years with the Bears. She is Bridgewater State’s career leader in ERA and shutouts, and ranks third in wins, strikeouts and innings pitched.
