GORHAM, Maine—Junior Matthew Dynan (Reading, Mass.) became just the third runner in program history to earn All-New England honors as the Babson College men's cross country team finished 19th overall at the NCAA New England Championship on Saturday morning at Gorham Country Club.

The Beavers, who finished third among New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) squads, totaled 557 points to come in just behind Keene State. MIT finished 10 points ahead of second-place Tufts to win its second consecutive regional title.

Dynan came in 34th overall with a time of 26:12 on the 8k course to join Mark Gulesian '15 (2012) and Joey Curtis '92 (1991) as the only all-region harriers in Babson history. Senior John Decker (Parkland, Fla.) wrapped up his career by placing 94th with a time of 27:05, while first-year Zach Goldberg (Westford, Mass.) came in 134th with a time of 27:45 in his regional debut.
