
Webster Center
The Webster Center was built in the fall of 1989 and houses the majority of Babson's indoor athletic and recreational facilities, including Staake Gymnasium, Morse Pool, the PepsiCo Pavilion, and an indoor track. The facility is open 94+ hours per week during the academic year and is available to full-time Babson/Olin students, faculty, staff & B Club members.

The Webster Center is located near the northwest corner of the Babson campus. From the main entrance, follow College Drive to the second stop sign. Turn left at the stop sign and bear left toward the Webster Center when the road splits. Visitor and student parking is available on the garage roof on your right. More visitor parking is available beyond the tennis courts on your left. The Webster Center is located beyond the left parking lot and adjacent to the tennis courts. WEBSTER CENTER FACILITIES
Staake Gymnasium
Staake Gymnasium is home of the Babson basketball and women's
volleyball teams. Named after Babson Athletics Hall of Fame member
and former Athletics Director Paul C. Staake, this beautiful
facility features two full basketball courts, six hoops, and
bleacher seating for 650 people.

PepsiCo Pavilion
The PepsiCo Pavilion features 15,000 square feet of playing space,
which can be divided in half by a nylon curtain. The area also
features four basketball hoops, a retractable batting cage, and
inserts for tennis nets. PepsiCo serves as an indoor practice
facility for Babson's varsity teams, as well as an playing area for
numerous intramural and recreational activities.

Morse Swimming Center
The Morse Swimming Center is home to the Babson men's and women's
swimming and diving teams. The facility features a six-lane,
25-yard pool, both one-meter and three-meter diving boards,
bleacher seating for 150 spectators, and brand new,
state-of-the-art electronic scoreboard. In addition to varsity and
high school swim meets and practices, Morse is available to members
of the Babson community and B-Club members for general use. Free
swim hours are available below and are subject to change.

Lunder Fitness Center
The Lunder Fitness Center is a 4,000 square-foot facility filled
with state-of-the-art equipment. Free weights, urethane dumbbells,
urethane multi-hole grip plates, and plate-loaded machines are
complemented by Eagle and Keiser Systems. Cardiovascular machines
include Concept 2 rowing machines, Life Fitness treadmills, Precor
ellipticals, and LeMond spinning bikes. All cardiovascular machines
are located on the track mezzanine area overlooking Staake
Gymnasium. Cardio Theater and ceiling fans complete the track
mezzanine area.
Chandor Dance
Studio
The Chandor Dance Studio features full-length mirrors and dance
bars, giving Babson an opportunity to offer aerobics, martial arts,
and dance classes during the academic year. This space may be
signed out by students, faculty and staff on a first-come /
first-serve basis.

Nia incorporates
dance into grounded, barefoot, cardiovascular movements to
strengthen the heart and the whole body safely without stress to
the bones and joints.
Spinning is
a cardiovascular workout on a stationary bike based on cycling
principles. Real terrain biking with a focus on cadence,
heart-rate, climbs and sprints. Arrive with towel/water.
Power Yoga is a
flowing class where you learn to move through sequences of poses
using your breath. It builds strength and flexibility throughout
the entire body. Participant modifications and variations will be
taught.
Constructed in 2001 & redesigned in 2010, this area is available exclusively to Babson's varsity student-athletes. The room houses free weights, Hammer Strength machines, plyometric training equipment and Power Lift racks.
Track
This six-lane, 200 meter track (8 laps/mile) is located on the second floor of the Webster Center, surrounding Staake Gymnasium. Use of this area is restricted to runners and walkers. Walkers are requested to use exterior lanes. Group use must be reserved in advance and will be posted.

Squash/Racquetball Courts
The Webster Center features four squash courts and one racquetball
court, which are available upon sign-up for one-hour sessions on a
first-come / first-serve basis.
