Kirsten Clark was hired as an Associate Athletic Director at Babson in August 2014 after spending three years as a senior associate athletic director at The College of New Jersey (TCNJ).
While at TCNJ, Clark served as the Deputy Title IX Coordinator, implemented a comprehensive NCAA rules education program for coaches, athletes and campus staff, and oversaw the athletic department’s budgets. She also served as the tournament manager for multiple New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) and NCAA championship events.
Prior to her time at TCNJ, Clark was as an assistant athletic director for compliance and student-athlete welfare at East Tennessee State University from 2005-11. She served as a member of the senior management team, managed all functions of Division I compliance for 17 varsity sports, reorganized the athletic academic services department, saw a boost in student-athlete grade-point averages, and helped to implement student-athlete welfare initiatives.
Clark, who graduated cum laude from the University of Rochester in 1997, also served as an assistant to the senior associate athletic director at Canisius College from 2003-05, and was the Golden Griffins’ head women’s swimming & diving coach from 1998-03, leading the program to a school record for wins during the 2001-02 campaign. She also earned her master’s degree in sports administration from Canisius in 2001.
